Rowena's is the home of super scrumptious tarts that provides its patrons a variety of mini-sized tarts that are served individually -- No messy cutting required! Our tarts come in buko, mango, apple, ube and pineapple. We also offer blueberry and strawberry cheesecake, and a variety of sweet and spicy tamarind preserves and an array of delicious home-made food items.
